As part of its comprehensive project to develop sports cadres in national clubs and federations, Tumooh Sports Management Company concluded the free workshop titled “Fundamentals of Sports Contracts”, with the participation of 50 individuals representing many sports organizations in the Kingdom. The workshop, which started on Sunday, November 26 and lasted for a week until Thursday, November 30, was held at the Bahrain National Stadium lecture hall, and was lectured by international lawyer Mr. Nasr Al-Deen Azzam from the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The closing ceremony of the workshop witnessed the presence of His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Buainain, Vice Chairman of Tumooh Sports Management Company to honor the participants with certificates of appreciation, in addition to a special honor for the lecturer Nasr Al-Deen Azzam, in the presence of the Executive Director of Tumooh, Mr. Mannaa Al Mutawa. Commenting on the holding of this workshop, Mr. Mannaa Al Mutawa said: Based on the strategic vision of “Tumooh” company, which comes from the company’s belief in the visions of the Board of Directors headed by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Abdullatif bin Jalal, we seek to hold many administrative workshops in the sports field, which are related to more than one axis, whether purely administrative or legal, and from this we look forward to the continuation of implementing more to target the largest possible segment of workers in the administrative and sports sector in the Kingdom.

He added: The choice of implementing this workshop on how to draft sports contracts between clubs and players comes from our belief in the importance of spreading special awareness among the contracting parties, which may face those parties during the process of drafting contracts, hoping that the maximum benefit will be achieved from such important workshops in the sports field.

Al-Mutawa pointed out that there is a special vision for the company that is not only related to discovering talents in the field of football, but extends to instilling a culture of proper preparation for workers in the administrative and sports field. He said: We have an integrated file to upgrade the work of administrators in various sports entities in the Kingdom, and our vision is based on the guidance and great and continuous support from His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and we look forward in the coming period to hold more workshops and lectures that will reflect positively on the performance of participants in their field of work.
